Five Sentence Fiction – Learning

The Five Sentence Fiction is a simple idea: Five Sentence Fiction is about packing a powerful punch in a tiny fist. Each week I will post a one word inspiration, then anyone wishing to participate will write a five sentence story based on the prompt word. The word does not have to appear in your five sentences, just use it for direction.

This week, Lillie chose the word "Learning."

Another faltering step, knees buckling, a wobble, a wiggle, but free.
Mama cries with joy.

    1. Yep. Considering all the murderous and weird things I post here for FSF, I figured a happier tune would be a nice change. :)

  4. The anticipation, apprehension, hope, belief and joy all flow so quickly with those first steps. Then also with the others that follow as they age and embrace new phases in their life. My oldest will begin college soon and there is just another slate of steps to make.
